    i've won meaningless sports trophies and school awards though, which didn't make me feel the need for their purpose. And even if i did win a music award and enjoyed it, that'd probably be from a distorted perception and bloated ego rather than my music actually being better than anyone elses and deserving of a tiny sculpture prize.
